Depending on the features you use, FytMode may process account identifiers, profile information, fitness and nutrition information, weight and activity data, workouts and personal records, food entries, social connections, posts, comments, messages, uploaded media, reports, device information, notification identifiers, advertising information, subscription and purchase information, and information submitted to AI-powered features.

2. How information is used

We use information to provide and secure FytMode, synchronize your account, calculate and display fitness and nutrition information, provide social and messaging features, send notifications, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide advertising where applicable, and operate AI-assisted features.

3. AI features

When you choose to use FytMode's AI text or image features, information you submit for that request may be processed by our AI service provider to generate the requested result.

AI-generated nutrition and fitness information may be inaccurate and should be verified by the user.

4. Health and activity information

Step and activity access is optional and used only after you grant the applicable device permission. FytMode uses this information to provide fitness and activity features.

FytMode does not use health and activity information for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage.

5. Service providers

FytMode uses service providers necessary to operate the application, which may include Google Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, Render, OpenAI, and food-data providers.

6. Social features

Information you choose to post or share through FytMode's social features may be visible to other users according to the privacy and visibility options associated with that feature.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your FytMode account from within the app. Account deletion initiates removal of account-associated user data.

Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transactions, legal obligations, or enforcement purposes.

8. Security

FytMode uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information, including authenticated access and server-side access controls.

9. Children

FytMode is not designed or marketed as a children's application.
